Now the last rival standing, and amid reports that he is collecting more delegates than expected, the Texas congressman enjoyed his highest level of positive coverage last week (52%) that he has received all year. But Paul’s chronic problem—the inability to generate more than minimal press attention—was unchanged: he was a significant presence in only 1% of the campaign stories.
